This one was special - clients wanted something that felt like it grew out of the ravine itself. We carved into the slope, used locally-sourced timber, and designed every room to frame a different view. The whole place breathes with the seasons, and honestly, we're kinda jealous we don't get to live there ourselves.
Geothermal heating, triple-glazed windows, and a green roof that's practically invisible from the street. It's all about fitting in while standing out, you know?

Tech companies don't do boring anymore, so why should their buildings? We mixed industrial grit with contemporary polish - exposed concrete meets floor-to-ceiling glass. The client wanted spaces that'd make people actually want to come to the office, and judging by the buzz around this place, we nailed it.
Flexible workspaces, killer rooftop terrace, and enough natural light to make you forget you're even indoors. It's become one of Yorkville's most recognizable new additions.

Former garment factory turned dream loft. The bones were already there - those massive timber beams, the brick, the stories in the walls. Our job was to respect that history while making it livable for today. Open concept without feeling empty, private spaces that don't break up the flow.
Custom millwork, restored original floors, and lighting that plays up the industrial vibe. Queen West cool without trying too hard.

Three buildings, one vision - create a campus that people actually enjoy being at. We went hard on sustainability here: solar arrays, rainwater collection, bike storage for days. But it's not just about the green tech - it's about creating outdoor spaces where people naturally gather.
LEED Gold certified, and the courtyard's become this unexpected community hub. Sometimes the in-between spaces matter just as much as the buildings themselves.

Weekend getaway that became a year-round home - that's how good this spot is. Cantilevered deck over the water, walls of glass that slide away completely in summer, and enough insulation to make winter cozy instead of brutal. The lake dictated everything - we just followed its lead.
Passive solar design keeps energy costs low, and the material palette's all about blending in. Cedar, stone, and lots of patience getting the details right.
